HB SERIES

OSA hydraulic breakers have innovative and avant-garde characteristics to meet the requests of a more and more exigent market. The new HB hydraulic breakers series has been designed with the system of the inner control valves that, compared to the old system with external valves, allows to obtain bigger forces of impact, makes the speed constant also at high temperatures and protects the valves from hits.

​The new HB series has a simple and interesting design thanks to the replanning of the tie-rods and to the above-mentioned system of the inner valves.

This is an “intelligent” system that automatically recognizes the presence of solid material under the chisel. When the chisel is permanently on the rock, the hydraulic breaker piston starts moving, releasing all its energy and hitting the chisel. On the contrary the piston doesn’t start moving, avoiding in this way “empty strikes” and preserving not only tie-rods and bushes, but reducing the vibrations released on the excavator and the operator.

Moreover a closed case, together with a shock-absorbers system keep the noise lower than the limits established by the law and permits to make excavation jobs. A system of dust protection avoids the entrance of parts inside the hydraulic breakers, ensuring its long duration.

The medium heavy series maintains and improves the concept of hand variable hit. It means that the operator with a simple manual regulation can modify the relation frequency/energy of the hut. It means that when the material is very hard, the operator can reduce the hits number and increase the energy. When the material is less hard, it can increase the frequency with a simple regulation, reducing the energy discharged on the chisel.
